Shipping

While we do our best to get your order made and shipped within a day or two please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and shipping. (Monday -Friday)

Depending on the weight of your order it will either ship First Class Mail or Priority Mail (1-3 business days) Please refer to your tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Your package can be tracked at USPS.COM. 

Please understand that once your package is shipped, we don't have control of how long it takes to arrive to its destination.

 

Refunds or Exchanges

We want you to love the product you buy. If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us as soon as possible. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept exchanges or returns, but we will address your concern. 

To cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of your purchase. Any purchases after 12 hours will not be cancelled or refunded. We cannot cancel shipped orders.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once a package leaves our possession we are no longer responsible in how the package is treated. We will not refund for damages caused due to shipping.

 

Allergies and Skin Sensitivities 

We display all of our ingredients on our product descriptions, aside from a few products with secret ingredients. Please read the ingredients carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions about what is in a certain product please contact us. We are not responsible for any allergy, outbreaks, skin sensitivity issues or adverse reactions. Please discontinue use of product if irritation occurs.
